Sorrelgate started with a simple idea: a place where the barista knows your order and the pastries are still warm. We roast in small batches, bake every morning, and keep the menu short so we can do every item well.
Bring a laptop, a book or a friend. There's a long table for working and a sunny window for doing nothing at all.
